In recent years crappie fishing on Chickamauga Lake has blossomed right along with the red bud trees. If you've got a youngster, or want to fill the freezer with fish filets, or both ... book a Spring date with Scenic City Fishing Charters. We primarily guide for crappie from December to early April (with March & early April being our favorite time). But Capt. Scott Lillie does run crappie fishing trips into mid-June.
